Colour Range

Standard colours, Aspartech Spectrum & made to order

Colour can play an important role in industrial and commercial flooring, whether it is being used to create an attractive finish, identify different working areas, improve safety or provide clear floor demarcation. Aspartech FLOORCOAT and Aspartech LINE-MARKER are available in a comprehensive range of colours to suit virtually any application.

Standard Stock Colours

For convenience and rapid availability, Aspartech FLOORCOAT is manufactured in ten standard RAL colours, covering the most commonly specified colours for industrial flooring, warehouses, factories, workshops and commercial environments.

The standard range comprises:

RAL 9017 – Traffic Black
RAL 9016 – Traffic White
RAL 7043 – Traffic Grey B
RAL 7042 – Traffic Grey A
RAL 5017 – Traffic Blue
RAL 6024 – Traffic Green
RAL 1023 – Traffic Yellow
RAL 3020 – Traffic Red
RAL 2009 – Traffic Orange
RAL 4006 – Traffic Purple

These RAL designations correspond with recognised RAL Classic colour names and the range provides everything from neutral greys, black and white through to highly visible safety and demarcation colours.

Aspartech SPECTRUM – Virtually Unlimited Colour Choice

Where a colour outside the standard range is required, Aspartech SPECTRUM provides a simple and extremely flexible solution.

Aspartech SPECTRUM is our range of concentrated liquid pigment additions, specifically developed for use with Aspartech FLOORCOAT. Rather than manufacturing and stocking every possible colour as a separate finished product, an unpigmented version of FLOORCOAT can be combined with the appropriate SPECTRUM addition at the point of mixing.

This allows FLOORCOAT to be produced in an extensive spectrum of colours, providing architects, designers and clients with significantly greater freedom when selecting a floor finish.

SPECTRUM is particularly useful where:

Corporate or brand colours need to be reproduced
A specific RAL colour is specified
Different coloured zones are required within the same installation
Decorative or architectural colour schemes are required
A non-standard colour is needed without manufacturing a completely separate FLOORCOAT formulation

Bespoke Factory-Manufactured Colours

For sufficiently large projects, Aspartech FLOORCOAT can also be factory manufactured and supplied in a specified bespoke colour.

This provides an additional option for major installations where large quantities of a single non-standard colour are required, while Aspartech SPECTRUM provides the flexibility required for smaller quantities and projects involving multiple colours.

Together, our standard stock colours, bespoke manufacturing capability and Aspartech SPECTRUM liquid pigment technology provide an almost unlimited choice of colour for Aspartech resin flooring systems.
